IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Police Health service disruption from Friday 19 June at 5pm (ACST) until Monday 22 June at 9am (ACST).

To facilitate our amalgamation with sister fund Emergency Services Health, some unavoidable disruption to member services will occur as we align our systems over our amalgamation weekend. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused during this down time, and appreciate your understanding and patience.

The services expected to be impacted are as follows;

  • ON-THE-SPOT CLAIMING

    On-the-spot claiming will be disabled over our amalgamation weekend, so you won’t be able to swipe your membership card at a healthcare provider’s office through their HICAPS or DXC Healthpoint terminal to claim benefits. Furthermore, when on-the-spot claiming resumes, only new Membership Card will work – so keep an eye on the post for your new card to arrive shortly.
    To submit a claim to us during this time you can use our Emergency Services Health mobile claiming app – available for free download on the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • ONLINE MEMBER SERVICES (OMS)

    Our OMS portal, used to check or update your membership details, will be disabled for the extent of the amalgamation weekend.

  • 1800 603 603 PHONE SERVICE

    As usual on weekends, our 1800 603 6033 phone line will be diverted to voicemail over the amalgamation weekend. While most voicemails will be responded to during normal business hours, we will monitor our inbox in case of urgent enquiries related to the service disruption.
